At samacademy.ai, we are committed to providing a superlative learning experience for our students. However, if at any point you find that our service does not meet your expectations or your child’s learning experience is not what you expected, please email us at academics@samacademy.ai.

We offer demo sessions for all our courses.These sessions allow you to experience our products and services before making a purchase. Demo sessions enable your child to meet our teachers and experience their teaching practices.

We do not provide refunds for purchases of any of our existing products and services.

From time to time, samacademy.ai launches special programs for which refunds might be applicable. The specifics of those policies will be shared by our academic coordinators.
