It aims to protect us, our customers, and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activities.
Customers of BYMSR Infinity Education Services Pvt Ltd found engaging in activities prohibited by this policy may face service suspension, account termination, and in extreme cases, we may be required to report such activities to the relevant authorities.
Fair Use
We provide our facilities assuming your use will be “business as usual,” as per our offer schedule. If usage is considered excessive, additional fees may be charged, or capacity may be restricted.
We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, and any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual, or resource. We expect our customers and their users (“end-users”) to engage with our Products similarly.
Customer Accountability
Customers are responsible for their actions and the actions of anyone using our Products with their permission. This responsibility extends to unauthorized use due to the customer's failure to implement reasonable security measures.
By using our Products, customers agree to ensure adherence to this policy on behalf of anyone using the Products as their end-users. Complaints regarding customer or end-user actions will be forwarded to the account’s nominated contact.
If a customer or their end-user violates this policy, we reserve the right to terminate any associated Products or the account itself, or take any appropriate remedial or preventative action without notice. No credit will be available for service interruptions resulting from policy violations, to the extent permitted by law.
Prohibited Activity
Copyright Infringement and Unauthorized Material
Our Products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store any material in violation of any applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization.
- Material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
Customers are solely responsible for all material they input, upload, disseminate, transmit, create, or publish through our Products and for obtaining legal permission to use any included works.
SPAM and Unauthorized Message Activity
Our Products must not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (“spam”) in violation of applicable laws and regulations. This includes sending spam, soliciting customers from spam sent by other service providers, and collecting replies to spam sent from other service providers.
Our Products must not be used for unconfirmed mailing or telephone number lists (“messaging lists”). All messaging lists run on or hosted by our Products must be “confirmed opt-in,” with verification of express permission available for the list’s lifespan.
We prohibit the use of purchased email lists, telephone number lists, or databases intended for spam or unconfirmed messaging lists on our Products.
Unethical, Exploitative, and Malicious Activity
Our Products must not be used to advertise, transmit, or make available any software, program, product, or service designed to violate this policy or the acceptable use policy of other service providers. This includes facilitating spam, network sniffing, pinging, packet spoofing, flooding, mail-bombing, and denial-of-service attacks.
Our Products must not be used to access any account or electronic resource without authorization (“hacking,” “cracking,” “phreaking,” etc.).
Our Products must not be used to introduce viruses or malicious code intentionally or recklessly.
Our Products must not be used to harass another group or individual. Harassment includes denial-of-service attacks, hate speech, advocacy of racial or ethnic intolerance, and any activity intended to threaten, abuse, infringe upon rights, or discriminate against any group or individual.
Other Unethical, Exploitative, and Malicious Activities
- Attempting to avoid payment for services from us or other providers.
- Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of any information about our customers or end-users.
- Interfering with the use of our facilities and network by other customers or authorized individuals.
- Publishing or transmitting content that incites violence, depicts violence, child pornography, or threatens health and safety.
- Violating consumer protection laws and regulations.
- Violating a person’s privacy.
Our Products must not be used by anyone involved in activities related to illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics trafficking, arms trafficking, or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
Unauthorized Use of BYMSR Infinity Education Services Pvt Ltd Property
Impersonating BYMSR Infinity Education Services Pvt Ltd, representing a significant business relationship with us, or claiming ownership of our property (including our Products and brand) for fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
About This Policy
This policy lists activities and intents we deem unacceptable and incompatible with our brand. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time by publishing the revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective from the date it is published or 30 days thereafter.
